Good Samaritan Care Team
The Good Samaritan Care Team is a reorganizing of the former One2Another program into a lay-led pastoral care team of members who provide practical services to fellow parishioners on a short-term basis.
Services may include transportation to a doctor or grocery store, meal delivery during an illness or other difficult time, light housework after a surgery, or other services deemed appropriate by the care team. Good Samaritan volunteers make a significant difference at a time when parishioners face serious challenges. Many of our Good Samaritans have expressed gratitude for not only being of service but also for forming a deeper connection with the parishioners they serve.
