St. Luke’s Gap is a new “catch-all” fellowship group that invites everyone to enjoy time together. If you would like more time than just the Peace to get to know other parishioners; if you enjoy doing fun things with fun people; and, if you enjoy eating and drinking, GAP is for you. Questions? Our fall schedule:

The Gap Takes to the 5th Runway 
Lace up your shoes Saturday, August 27 and get ready to take off at The Mayor’s 5K on the 5th Runway, hosted by Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) and United Way of Greater Atlanta (UWGA). Race proceeds will benefit UWGA and its partners throughout metro Atlanta. Register via the church website at StLukesAtlanta.org.  Once you get to the race registration, you have a chance to choose St. Luke’s team.

The Gap Goes to the Laser Show
All are welcome to join us at Stone Mountain Park on Saturday, August 27 - and, bring the kids! $15 per vehicle - sign up online at StLukesAtlanta.org/laser-show and we will organize carpooling. Picnic on the Memorial Lawn at 7:30 p.m., bring your favorite snack. The show starts at 9:30 p.m. and lasts about 45 minutes.

Lantern Parade on the Beltline | Saturday, September 10 | 7:30 p.m.

Sunday in the Park at Oakland Cemetery | Sunday, October 2 
All are welcome, bring the kids! Sign up (beginning in September) in the Reception Area on Sundays or online and we will organize gathering for lunch nearby, followed by Sunday in the Park. For more information on Sunday in the Park: http://www.oaklandcemetery.com/?event=sunday-in-the-park-3

FriendsGiving Day Potluck at Mignon's | Saturday, November 12 | 7 p.m.
Kick off the holiday season with food and merriment and your St. Luke's friends> Kids are most welcome! GAP will provide the turkey and beverages (for those over and under 21). Bring a side or snack to share. We'll gather at Mignon's (951 Glenwood Ave. SE, #2501). Please let us know you're coming by signing up online at atlukesatlanta.org/friendsgiving. Special perk of signing up: Mignon will send you directions!
