As developments around the coronavirus continue to manifest at a rapid rate, the Diocese of Atlanta calls on our parishes to model best practices and behavior that can help stem the spread. Please visit this page often, as we will keep it updated with the latest status on a number of fronts.
The Diocese of Atlanta is committed to following these practices and doing all we can to ensure the health and safety of our brothers and sisters. We are following the recommendations of government, medical experts and health authorities to do all we can to help stem the spread of the coronavirus, and presently, the suspension of in-person worship and gatherings.
The Diocese of Atlanta policies for future Re-Gathering were issued on June 17. Those protocols will be available only when the Bishop deems it reasonably safe to re-gather. Those policies, in some cases, refer back to this document, which remains in effect.
