RECTOR'S WELCOME

The Rev. Dan Matthews, Jr.

Upon these web pages you will find a mere reflection of the faithfulness and energy of the community of faith we call St. Luke's Church. I invite you to join us as we discover together what it means to be a diverse congregation in Atlanta and to worship and serve Christ in an urban setting. Wherever you are on your spiritual journey, I invite you to come and be a part of this wonderful and exciting church family.

Stewardship

Stewardship is the care and use of all that we have been given by God, which includes our money, talents and time.

Financial Stewardship

At St. Luke’s, we count on financial pledges to help us continue Christ’s work in our community. Financial gifts help us serve those in need, provide programs and services to our faith community, and maintain our facilities. For more information on financial stewardship, please contact Michelle Jemmott at 404-873-7616 or by email.

Giving Time and Talents

Members of our parish give of their time and talents in numerous ways – serving as ushers and greeters for worship, Sunday School teachers, choir members, volunteers on mission projects, flower arrangers, the list goes on and on.

To learn more about ways to give of your time and talents,
please call the front desk at the church at 404- 873-7600
and we will gladly send you a copy of our booklet, The Ministries of St. Luke's.
