One 2 Another Ministry

One 2 Another aims to connect a group of lay volunteers with fellow parishioners (or their families)enduring short-term illness or recovery, a life-altering transition or other acute crisis situation. The goal is to facilitate fellowship and community within our large parish while sharing our gifts. The support includes (but is not limited to) visitation and meals for those coping with an illness or injury, aid with an errand or odd jobs for those overwhelmed by a life-changing event or occasional rides to church or other appointments for those without transportation. The ministry includes correspondence or phone calls to less active parishioners who appreciate an on-going connection to St. Luke's.
