Living into Hope Ministry

This ministry supports individuals in the parish, helping them discover new ways to live well in the midst of the changes and challenges brought on because of cancer. Both Health Ministry and TACC collaborate in this intentional ministry to provide consistent guidance, support and connection to resources for parishioners in the various stages of cancer: diagnosis, treatment, post-treatment and long-term survivorship.

Meg Moye, clinical director at TACC, enters a covenant relationship with each participating parishioner, developing a self-care plan in the context of the parishioner's own unique situation and connecting the individual with the resources to meet their needs.
