The Courtland Street Mission

This layperson-led bible study group connects St. Luke’s parishioners with people who are homeless or working poor. Volunteers meet in the Crossroads dining hall on the fourth and fifth Saturdays of the month from 8:30 to10:30 am to help Clyde prepare breakfast and participate in the bible study with the gathered guests. The Courtland Street Mission began ten years ago under the guidance of The Rev. Rick Britton as a way to encourage parishioners to serve and interact with our homeless neighbors on a personal level.
