Caring for You, Caring for Me

An Education & Support Program for Caregivers

This program is a collaboration between Health Ministry and TACC (Training and Counseling Center at St. Luke's) and is offered from September through February each year.Click to download brochure & application.

Specifically designed for individuals who are in a caregiving role with a family member, a friend or as a professional, the program combines emotional and spiritual support for caregiving with educational information regarding resources in the community and topics related to caregiving. The program is open to parishioners at St. Luke's as well as the community.

A new nine-session program begins every September and usually concludes in February.  Each session last an hour and a half.
